The Devonshire Classic has for many years been one of the Skipton area's most popular events. After a short break following the closure of the Devonshire pub, the competition was successfully re-launched in 2005 thanks to generous sponsorship from J D Wetherspoon, the new owners of the pub. For 2008, we have decided on a change of format, running 2 separate competitions. There will be a one day open singles competition and an invitiation pairs competition with a maximum of one home bowler allowed in each pair. Full details will appear here shortly...
